Innovate MR is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
- Communicate and collaborate with our API Partners to enable them to unlock the most value from our platform. You’re their platform hero.
- Analyze performance data and offer tactical advice for tuning of Partner integrations.
- Be the point-of-contact for our Partners on any questions related to integrations, performance tuning, and technical issues.
- Drive related-operational initiatives that involve Partner coordination and communication.
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve issues via debugging, testing, and research.
- Collaborate internally to ensure that the Partner’s voice is heard and considered in the product development process.
- Own and maintain Partner-related resources and tools.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in Market Research, Advertising, or SaaS company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to communicate and collaborate with Clients across video, email, and chat.
- Strong technical knowledge of API technologies and their complexities.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and analyzing them to extract insights and recommendations.
- Language requirements - English fluency both written and spoken
