While many companies in the industry report stifled growth and staff reductions due to COVID-19, InnovateMR has announced the addition of four new team members to support the firm’s rapidly expanding client base.

Jim Nikolis joins InnovateMR as Senior Director, Client Development, with 25 years of experience in marketing research. Jim was previously Vice President of Client Development with Dynata and spent seven years at Critical Mix managing key accounts. Earlier, he spent time working in a variety of custom and secondary research roles with Invoke Solutions, Spectra Marketing (Nielsen Company), and Millward Brown. He also served on the board of directors for the Insights Association Great Lakes Chapter.
Matt Freitag joins InnovateMR as Senior Director, Client Development. Matt is based out of Connecticut with a marketing degree from Merrimack College. With over ten years of experience, Matt developed his marketing research career at Greenfield Online and Critical Mix; analyzing vendor performance and pricing to help advocate quicker response times, improve internal and external customer satisfaction, and strengthen overall partner relationships.
David Manente is the new Director of Client Development for the greater Denver area and Rocky Mountain region. With a degree in advertising from the University of Colorado at Boulder, he has worked almost exclusively within the technology sector, focusing on new business and serving clients in the DIY-survey platform and qualitative research spaces at organizations such as SurveyGizmo and UserTesting.
Emily Craig joins InnovateMR as Manager, Key Accounts. Emily is based out of Texas with an economics degree from the University of North Texas. She is an experienced marketing research professional, driven by quality results while providing client-focused solutions. Emily takes pride in building lasting connections and developing a successful team environment. Prior to joining InnovateMR, Emily spent almost three years with Dynata, before spending some time in the legal software field.
