InnovateMR Builds Upon Consultative Client Service Strategy with the Addition of Five New Sampling Experts

Encino, CA., February 1, 2019. InnovateMR announced today that it has added five new client specialists to their fast-growing survey sampling business. The expansion of the team comes at the heels of a strong year in client growth and sampling revenue for the company. The five new hires have more than 50 years combined experience in survey sampling, data collection and analytics with regional experience in major metropolitan regions around the U.S.

New Hires

Joe Regan joins InnovateMR as Director of Business Development. He brings with him 13 years of sales/client management experience with companies including Lucid, Research Now, and Forrester. Joe has vast experience in running large-scale, multi-market longitudinal research and has supported several syndicated products across a variety of industry verticals. Joe is very familiar with the sampling industry landscape, the various recruitment methodologies employed by industry providers, and he routinely advises clients on how to build out replicable and representative sample frames during tracker transitions.

Marie O’Malley joins InnovateMR as Director of Business Development after an eight-year tenure in Market Research at Lightspeed GMI. Marie has worked with both existing and new clients across sample-only as well as complex full-service projects. Marie’s specialties include strategic insights alignment for complex survey designs, data visualization and sampling best practices. O’Malley has worked with a wide variety of audience segments across B2B, including business travelers, marketing DMs, product developers, engineers and executive-level decision-makers to name a few. Outside of her extensive experience in B2B, Marie has consulted for a variety of CPG, retail, and media advertising firms.

Alyssa Witwer is a new Director of Business Development from Research Now/e-Rewards where she worked with clients for eight years in full service data collection and B2B survey sampling. Witwer has worked across a variety of verticals, supporting CPG, customer loyalty, communication and tech-based research. Alyssa is well-versed in panel management best practices, business firmographic design and formulating sample plans surrounding niche, hard-to-reach audience segments.

Josh Mankiewicz was in Business Development at Branded Research prior to joining the team. He focused on fostering new client relationships with specialization across various consumer segments including ailments, gamers, transportation and new technology. Josh has worked with consulting agencies as well as media advertising firms that routinely target B2B audiences such as ITDMs, marketing professionals, and C-level executives.

Will Luckey comes to InnovateMR from Branded Research, where he worked in Business Development. Prior to Branded, Will was at iBoss, a cybersecurity platform, and SessionM, a marketing and data platform. Will brings a wealth of knowledge related to quality and fraud mitigation. While Will has catered to a variety of industry verticals, he has significant experience working with management consulting firms focused on due diligence for the investment community at large. Luckey has worked closely with boutique agencies and regularly runs research focused on IT DMs, SBOs, financial advisors, and recruits for UX testing research and e-sports new product development.
