With the spread of COVID-19, we have been asked by several clients if InnovateMR’s business will continue to run as usual. The short answer is yes! We know that your work is critical and that you need a partner that is reliable, flexible and always available despite global challenges like this pandemic.
What is the plan?
We have been monitoring the situation closely through the CDC, World Health Organization and the local governments where our employees and clients reside. Given the uncertainty of the COVID-19 contagion impact, we are taking proactive steps to help ensure the safety of our teammates and partners. Our executive leadership has amended our established Business Continuity Plan to include InnovateMR’s response to COVID-19. All of our regional leaders have been briefed on our procedures and these individuals have clear and up-to-date escalation plans in place. We also have a Continuity Of Operations Planning team (COOP) who are mandating that our staff has the support they need every step of the way. In the event a COOP plan is mobilized, this team will work with our local teams to ensure continuity of service to our clients. We are fully prepared for any and all potential outcomes during these uncertain times.
Business as usual!
We are, and always have been, cloud-based and built to run our entire business virtually. While we do have offices located around the world, more than 60% of our team already works remotely and 100% of our team members have a laptop and smart phone. This means that our experienced team of sampling and programming veterans will remain productive and continue to provide exceptional client service 24/7.
The health and safety of our team and partners are of the utmost importance to us. We are vigilantly staying up to date with the situation and all travel and social distancing recommendations.
